Fun and free - Redland Easter Family Festival! On Easter Monday, they are showcasing Redlands as a caring community. The Redlands Easter Family Festival was first held on the shores of Raby Bay Cleveland in 2000 and as the result of a vision by Pastor Glen Gray that churches should combine to offer a day of free celebration and Christian witness of the Easter message to the greater Redland City community.
It has grown each year since. so that it now takes over the Cleveland Showgrounds with a host of sideshow rides, an animal farm, entertainment acts, children's performers and wide range of kids activities, street theatre, free food and drinks and lots more. It attracts approximately 15,000 people, making it one the largest annual events in the Redlands.
