Mindfulness 101 is a practical and interesting workshop to introduce mindfulness meditation to beginners.
Includes information on the positive benefits of being mindful, and the main techniques to learn and practice formally at home and informally during the day.
A 3-hr workshop with a 15-minute break.
We cover what Mindfulness is and the benefits of practicing it
