Internationally renowned Singaporean chef and cookbook author Tony Khoo will hit the pans at Montereys Brasserie for a limited time as Pan Pacific Perth showcases authentic Singaporean classics in July.
Pan Pacific Hotel’s Executive Chef Tony Khoo will showcase both beloved classics and
modern examples of South-East Asian cuisine in his month-long chef residency at the Perth
CBD hotel.
The Singaporean-themed buffet will feature dishes such as Singapore-style laksa, beef rendang, char kway teow, baked sambal fish and clay pot rice. Chef Khoo will also introduce dishes not often seen in Perth, such as salted egg yolk crab, Nyonya-style pork rib curry and seafood dishes featuring fresh Western Australian produce.
