Intro to Sourdough Baking Workshop

This half day sourdough bread workshop provides you with the skills and confidence to bake your own wild-yeast bread at home. During the workshop we will prepare no-knead sourdough & olive/cheese (or dairy-free/vegan option: sundried tomatoes&olive) sourdough bread to bake later on at home.

Additionally, you will gain a clear understanding of sourdough starters; making/creating, maintaining and using. My aim is to ensure that you leave the workshop with understanding of how to bake sourdough so that you can do it again, easily, at home.
