Join us in practicing basic meditations that

Refer to ABC for benefits of meditation. Also it is recommended that you watch on ABC Catalyst the Mindfulness Experiment
Three basic meditations will be explained and practiced:
- Mindfulness of body
- Mindfulness of breath
- Mindfulness of the mind
Advice will be given how to set up a daily practice and how to increase your skills in meditation. We will have breaks between sessions and if you wish you can join the group for lunch. Meditations will be led by Alan who has meditated regularly for 25 years and has led two 1 month retreats.
