To begin at each table (On arrival doors open at 11:45am)

Main Buffet (Buffet opens 12:30pm till 2pm)

Roast pork and crackling with Yarra Valley apple sauce (gf)
Chicken breast, Moroccan date crust
Ricotta and sundried tomato tortellini, swiss mushroom & saffron cream (v)
Seasonal roasted vegetables
Roasted chat potatoes
Salad greens, balsamic vinaigrette, cucumber, tomato (gf)(v)(vg)
Roquette, parmesan & pine nut salad (v) (gf)
Slow roasted pumpkin, sweet potato and Turkish bread salad, mint pomegranate yoghurt (v)
Dessert Buffet (Buffet opens 1:15pm till 2:45pm)
