Calling all motorcycle riders, join in the annual Perry Cross Charity Ride to help raise money to fund research for paralysis. This is a cause dear to the hearts of the director of Shark Leathers. In 2007, founder of Shark Leathers, Matthew Kuhne was injured in a motorcycle accident leaving him a quadriplegic.
The fundraising ride will depart from Shark Motorcycle Leathers & Accessories store, located at 142 Siganto Drive, in Helensvale. Lead by Matthew Kuhne's wife Kylie, the procession of bikes will then make their way via Springbrook to Tropical Fruit World, across the border in Duranbah, New South Wales.
Tickets are available from Eventbrite. All funds raised from ticket proceeds and donations will go to the Perry Cross Spinal Research Foundation.
