Peter Cousens – Bringing a Song to Life Masterclass

Peter Cousens' 'Bringing a Song to Life' Masterclass is tailored to suit students of VCE Performance level, and students of singing, acting and musical theatre.

In the masterclass, Peter will assist students to:

- Interpret a Song
- Bring physical life to a song
- Find character inherent in a song
- Communicate truthfully to an audience
- Address vocal technical issues
- Emotionally connect to text and music

All participants must bring a prepared ballad along with the backing track on datastick, and be prepared to sing in the Masterclass. Minimum age 14 years, no maximum age. Observers are welcome to attend for free, but must book an observer place.
