Those looking to impress their Valentine this year can sample the delicious Valentine’s Day set menu. Proffering a choice of Scallop tartare with orange, mint and Avruga caviar, or Crab and avocado salad with Poblano Veloute—the perfect fresh start for these summer nights! For mains, guests can enjoy succulent lamb cutlets with peas and carrot Veloute and baby vegetables or pan-fried snapper with capsicum sauce and baby prawns.

For a sweet finish, dessert options include a Crème Brûlée on fire or a rich Valrhona chocolate torte with vanilla bean glacè and bruised berries. The set menu features wonderful food for great value.
