Wellard Super Crit Race 2019

The Wellard Super Crit Race returns in 2019, and is set to be just as thrilling as last year! Watch some of WA’s top cyclists’ race through the heart of The Village at Wellard, battling it out in around a short circuit route for top spot.

The event starts at 12.20pm, with the first race around the 1.1km circuit for the newer racers. From there, the race will move through various stages with the A Grade men hitting the course at 4:50pm.
There’s also a Little Critters ride to encourage kids’ participation. They get to ride one lap around the course—all you need to do is bring your own bike and helmet and sign up on the day! The ride is open to children 11 or under.

There will also be plenty of action on the sidelines—The Well Tavern will be open which has a great view of the course, as well as various other eateries within Wellard Square. The Wellard Super Crit is presented by The Village at Wellard, and is part of The Ring Summer Criterium 2019 race series run by the state’s peak cycling body WestCycle.
