The world's favourite silent yoga disco Flow After Dark is back!
Reunited at last, we return to our mats at the Hordern Pavilion; re-emerging, re-adjusting, reawakening.
Join Kate Kendall for this very special all-levels 90minute vinyasa class; a slow flow with moments of fire and a whole lot of fluidity. They've partnered with Silent Sounds to bring you a one-of-a-kind Silent Disco Yoga event and DJ Jimmy Mack will be on the decks.
Be sure to come a little early as there will be some exhibitors and activities for you to enjoy beforehand, such as getting yogi braids done with Aveda and getting creative with BAHE.
