Now I Own

Now I Own is an outcome of a ground-breaking pilot program: Creative Schools’ Innovative Assessment, championed by the Association of Independent schools (AISWA). Designed and delivered by cultural organisation FORM in partnership with three Curriculum and Reengagement in Education (CARE) Schools within Western Australia, Creative Schools is in year one of the three-year Innovative Assessment program.

Creative Schools aims to create a safe space for young people to develop agency and confidence through innovative and critical thinking, creativity, individuality, and resilience and currently engages over 120 youth at risk. Artists involved in the collaboration include Anne Gee, Andrea Tenger, Claire Davenhall and Stormie Mills. An event called Now I Own, sharing the creative outcomes of the program, takes place on 9 November 11:00am-1:00pm at Kidodgo Arthouse, Fremantle.
