Champainting® Launches Melbourne’s Highest Paint & Sip Event

As Champainting® celebrates 9 years as Australia's first paint and sip studios, the brand continues to evolve and elevate with yet another unique and exciting VIP experience. Initially founded in Moonee Ponds Victoria, Champainting® continues to innovate, with this month’s launch of Melbourne’s highest paint and sip event at over 300 metres above the CBD, in partnership with Melbourne Skydeck.

This exclusive new paint and sip event offers stunning views of Melbourne’s skyline and the iconic Yarra River while guests paint the ‘City by Night’ masterpiece. Guests will also experience the fastest elevator in the Southern Hemisphere, taking only 38 seconds to reach the 88th floor. Tickets include bar snack-style platters and drinks to enjoy during the session.

The $145 per person ticket also includes after-hours access to the Melbourne Skydeck, so you will feel like the ultimate VIP, free time to explore the observation deck and the chance to snap some epic Instagram photos with the city views as your gorgeous backdrop. This sky-high experience launches on the 29th of March.

Known for high-end paint and sip events at SEA LIFE Melbourne, these popular experiences will be back for a new 2022 series with events already available to book for 5th May and 12th May - and more to follow! This experience also allows guests to explore the depths of the ocean with exclusive after-hours access to SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium. Journey through Australia's unique marine environments, encountering some of the world's most incredible animals, including magnificent sharks, huge stingrays and seahorses. In each session guests can then paint their very own ‘Don’t Be Jelly’ or the newest addition, ‘R U Jelly, respectively. Melbournians can sip on a two-hour drinks package and enjoy a tapas plate while they unleash their inner artist.

Champainting’s Founder, Melinda Janisewszki, single-handedly created a whole new category in the Australian entertainment market, specifically painting and sipping. Prior to migrating to Australia, Melinda noticed the paint and sip concept hadn't yet hit the Australian shores, and thus the concept of Champainting was born. Since opening her first small, suburban studio in Moonee Ponds, Victoria, the business has expanded into two studios in the heart of South Melbourne on Clarendon Street and 2 studios in Sydney.
