The Day

9 am - the official opening; warm up with some small group skills training and say hello! (60-min)
10 am - join our Rapid Progress Workshop (60-min)
11 am - rest and enjoy a masterclass on arm balance training for women with Shimi (30-mins)
Noon - meet the trainers and be inspired by client success stories and what you can achieve (60-min)
1 pm - have fun training in a top-secret class to be revealed on the day (60-min)
2 pm - enjoy a Q&A with Shimi Nadaraja; creator of The Arm Balance School™, and discover how Women Train Different™ (40-min)
3 pm - finish the day with an arm balance flow class with coach Sangeetha Nagaratnam (60-min)
4 pm - day end
