It’s time! The 2nd World War Memorial Aquatic Centre’s biggest pool party is back and ready for you to make splash to fight MS!
The MS Swimathon is an action-packed fundraising challenge held in different locations across Queensland, supporting people living with MS. In teams of at least four people, you’ll take on a 12-hour team swimming relay, while raising vital funds to provide services and support for almost 4,000 Queenslanders living with MS.
The Swimathon is for anyone and everyone, whether you’re a squad swimmer or a doggy paddler - it is all about getting involved, having FUN and making a difference for people living with MS!
The MS Queensland Swimathon raises funds to provide vital services for people living with MS in Central Queensland. These services include our NeuroAssist information line, NDIS access and planning support, specialist nursing services, wellness programs and financial assistance to access critical equipment and services for those who need it most.
To get involved reach out to friends, family or work colleagues – make a team and start stocking up on your favourite pool floaties. The day is so much fun, both in an out of the pool. Sign up today and help ensure no one has to face MS alone.
