Having travelled the circumference of Australia for their debut headline tour, South Summit have returned from packed rooms across the east coast, Perth & regional WA, not wasting a moment to release their next single ‘Promise Me’. Awash with reverb, ‘Promise Me’ is a rolling tune that blends groove-laden rhythms with Isaiah Reuben’s soulful voice, exploring feelings of excitement when falling for the rebellious & idiosyncratic side of someone new. It was conceived in 2021 during an evening jam, with the band returning to trusted & acclaimed producer Dave Parkin (Spacey Jane, Tired Lion) workshop, fine tune & piece together the track.

Not ones to rest on their laurels & with energy abound, South Summit have scheduled their next adventure already, today announcing a run of East Coast dates throughout September, peaking with a hometown performance in Perth. Their first ticketed headline performances over east will begin on the Sunshine Coast in QLD, before the band hits Springtime Festival on the Gold Coast. Headed south, they then grace stages across Byron Bay, Caringbah, Wollongong, Sydney & Melbourne, before heading home to wrap up the tour at the iconic Indian Ocean Hotel in Perth.

“This trip over east is definitely the most exciting thing that we have booked so far and we are keen to get back on the road. We are all stoked to go on another one after our recent Tired of Waiting Australia Tour in May/June. We are returning to Sydney, Melbourne and Byron, but adding debut dates in Sunshine Coast, Wollongong and Caringbah, with new venues in all cities. We are also playing at Springtime Festival in the Gold Coast, another huge achievement as it’s another festival in 2022 with some of Aussie’s best live acts.”
