Tummy Time Workshop

Do you find yourself saying “my baby hates tummy time”? Tummy time is so often a cause of stress for parents and babies, alike – but it doesn’t have to be this way!

Led by Tori Gill, who is a certified Tummy Time Practitioner, PhD Candidate, and medical student, this 1.5-hour workshop will demystify why we do tummy time and how to make it a fun experience for both you and your baby.

In this educational workshop, you will learn:
- The anatomical and neurodevelopmental benefits of tummy time
- When it’s best to do tummy time
- How long is appropriate for bub’s age
-A variety of different positions to help facilitate it

This workshop is suitable from prenatal to pre-crawling bubs.
