Presented by NGV as part of Melbourne Design Week, come along to this exciting one-day event at Abbotsford Convent, celebrating and reflecting the relationship between the Birrarung, meaning ‘River of Mists and Shadows’ (Yarra River), and Abbotsford Convent, which sits on Wurundjeri land.

This thought-provoking program of events and experiences throughout the day, include Cultural River Walks with Wurundjeri Elder, Uncle Bill Nicholson, a site-specific sound installation from Dylan Martorell, and a reflection on the new Abbotsford Convent Masterplan (2022) from Hassell’s Jeroen Hagendoorn.
