Darren Hanlon + Emily Lubitz

Indi-folk darlings Darren Hanlon and Emily Lubitz (Tinpan Orange) are joining forces to tour the east coast this spring. Although having been in each other’s musical orbits for years, Emily and Darren hadn’t formally met until sharing a bill on a music festival earlier this year. Having an instant rapport, they discovered they both shared a similar touring ethic: lots of country towns, playing good listening rooms, time in between for exploring and op-shopping. Over paper plates of festival food and cups of $5 chai, they quickly schemed a joint regional tour and are bringing it to you this coming winter. The show will consist of songs, stories, duets and ramblings from their time on the road. A special coming together of two of the country's most beloved songwriters.
