The Doveton Show is a community event organised and run solely by volunteers. It aims to showcase and support the local community of Doveton and other community groups located in the City of Casey. This year, the show will run on 17th September 2023 from 10am to 4pm.

Held annually at Myuna Farm for the last 19 years, the date of the Doveton Show coincides with the Melbourne Royal Show as an affordable alternative to bring fun into the suburbs for a fraction of the cost. A favourite with so many south-siders, the event is a great platform for local businesses, community groups, performing arts, sporting clubs, and arts and crafts sectors to hold beneficial fundraising activities to support their operations.

For a gold coin donation entry, you can find a range of thrill and family rides, market and food stalls, show bags, free stage and farm entertainment, kid's activities and community stalls.

There will also be roving entertainment and mascots, train rides to tour the farm, petting zoos, animal shows and carnival games with prizes and more as part of a vast range of attractions for the whole family to enjoy. Showbags will be located at the Pavilion, and kids will find all kinds of treats and toys within a selection of showbags for all ages and tastes on offer this year.

For the adults, there is an exciting range of food and drink trucks on the premises to satisfy the inner foodie, and community and small business market stalls to browse for unique items.

Parking is available at Betula Park Reserve off Kidds Road. Accessible parking is available, but very limited, so get there early to its location at the top of the driveway in Myuna Farm, in the first paddock. The farm is also accessible via public transport.
