Join us at The Treehouse Hotel in North Sydney on Saturday 23rd September 2023 for the first annual Guinness, Oyster and Whisky Festival, celebrating the perfect union of rich Guinness, exquisite, creamy Sydney rock oysters from East 33. and award winning Irish Waterford Whisky.

Embrace the festival atmosphere with live musicians all day, pop up stalls from our favourite whisky producers, a whole pig on a spit and competitions with amazing prizes to be won!

More details and a program of events to come, including the super competitive oyster shucking competition between locals and renowned Sydney chefs, a live performance of traditional Irish dancing from a local school and an incredible, intimate dinner in the dining room with a traditional Irish menu paired with of course, Guinness and roaming live oyster shuckers.
