Join us for an informative and engaging afternoon with two expert guest speakers to hear the importance of exercising with arthritis pain and estate planning, and have your questions answered!

Guest Speakers:

‘How to exercise with Pain/Arthritis’– Melanie Galbraith- Physiotherapist

Arthritis pain can cause most adults to slow down and limit activity. Not exercising, however, can result in more problems. Recent research shows that over time inactivity worsens the pain and puts adults at greater risk for an eventual total loss of mobility. Because exercise is painful for so many adults with arthritis, it may be hard to understand how exercise helps to relieve pain. Melanie will explain how exercise helps to relieve pain, how to get started and will answer your questions about exercising with pain.

‘Estate Planning and Why it is important to have a Will’– Paul Trainor, Solicitor

Having a Will is arguably one of the most important things you can do for yourself and your family. Not only can a Will legally protect your partner, children, and assets, it can spell out exactly how you would like things handled after you have passed on. Making your Will, Enduring Power of Attorney and Enduring Power of Guardianship are part of the orderly process of planning your Estate and the importance to your family, beneficiaries and friends of doing this properly cannot be over emphasised! Trainor Legal is a boutique sized firm, specialising in Business Law, Business Structures and Estate Planning.

Plus, enjoy a light lunch with fellow attendees. Spaces are limited, so RSVP by Friday 28th July 2023 to secure your spot!
