Kitty Calvert - Thoughts & Prayers Assemblage

Kitty Calvert assemblage sculptures are a collaboration of treasure hunt and treasure build, this exhibition entitled Thoughts and Prayers uses strange vintage treasures to create a Kitty eyed view on the world past, present and future.

Born from the detritus of a multitude of memories, the sculptures are created using vintage, upcycled, recycled, lost, found and discovered pieces, evoking cherished memories of childhood and times past. Kitty Calvert assemblage sculptures are created by Melbourne husband and wife Phill Calvert and Julia Brampton.
