The NSW Surf Life Saving Championships exist as the states premier surf sports event, providing the opportunity for SLSNSW members and lifesavers to demonstrate their skillset whilst providing pathways for athletes to elite levels. The NSW Surf Life Saving Championships also play a vital role in sustaining lifesavers fitness levels to maintain their capacity to perform rescues.

The NSW Surf Life Saving Championships is open for competitors from all SLSNSW clubs to compete, attracting the best of the best athletes from all over the state.
