The Moth StorySLAM: Back to School

The Moth StorySLAM is a monthly open-mic storytelling event, where everyday people share personal, true stories on stage, without notes.

The theme for this month's slam is BACK TO SCHOOL: Prepare a five-minute story about hitting the books. Classroom antics and lunchtime hierarchies; detention delinquent or teacher's pet. Tales of class photo day primping, standing up to the bullies, or passing notes to your crush.

Come along to put your name in the hat, or to sit back and enjoy a night of great stories.

Tickets ($20 + booking fee) available online until 2.50pm Wednesday 2 August, unless sold out prior. No door sales on the night. Howler is an 18+ venue.
