In celebration of International Harmony Day, award-winning songstress Shameem brings you an evening of inspiration, feel good vibes and food for thought!
You will enjoy a smorgasbord of songs from throughout the decades that speak for peace and the futility of war, with passionate and soulful vocal delivery, intriguing arrangements of well-known numbers, some curated original songs, and hard grooving band underwriting the uplifting flow.
A recipient of the John Lennon Songwriting Contest for her socially conscious track “Pass It On”, Shameem is a well-versed poet of peace, and brings her passion to work for the betterment of the world to every space she finds herself in.
Shameem has proved that she can put on a stellar performance, having supported such artists as George Benson, Michael Bolton, Ronan Keating, Belinda Carlisle and Anthony Callea, and performed all around Australia and in the UK, USA and Canada.
