Tattersalls Folk and Roots - Buck Edwards, Catherine Wheels

Perth Folk and Roots Club is back at Tattersalls Folk and Roots at the Tattersalls Bowling and Recreation Club on Thursday 9th May 2024 with the support of the Tattersalls Bowling and Recreation Club. The performances are from 6pm to 9pm at Tattersalls Bowling and Recreation Club, 2 Plain Street, Perth. For this event, Perth Folk and Roots Club has Buck Edwards from Melbourne and Catherine Wheels. Buck Edwards is a singer songwriter and driving force behind Melbourne’s alt country act Paper Jane. He was shortlisted for best regional act in the 2022 Music Vic Awards and heralded amongst the best of 2022 by the International Americana Music Show (New York). The Catherine Wheels are an acoustic trio, consisting of two well known Perth female vocalists, Cathy Mueller and Catherine Cary and Robert Thorpe on guitar and banjo playing alternative country songs. Catherine Wheels have had some radio play on RTRFM.
