How To List Your Event

It’s simple & free to list your event with Eventfinda!

Take advantage of Eventfinda’s free, user-friendly system to list your event and promote it Australia-wide!

In just three easy steps, you can have your event included in the biggest and most comprehensive event database in Australia, seen by almost half a million users every month and shared by our partner sites and passionate fans.

A note before you begin: Eventfinda Australia is growing every day, so before you get started, take a minute to check if your event has been listed already by another user or venue. This saves time for you and for us!

Step 1: Log in to Eventfinda Pro

If you have an Eventfinda account, you have an Eventfinda Pro account! Sign up or access your Pro dashboard at http://pro.eventfinda.com.au/

Once you’re logged in, click the tab in the top right hand corner: ‘Create New Event’.

Step 2: Enter your event details

Enter a simple title and description; there are special fields for date, time, type of event, and links to your website or social media pages.

Choose a venue from our vast, hand-geocoded database, or create one we’re missing.

Select a direct link to booking services or ticket vendor of your choice, or nominate to ticket with Eventfinda. Our self-service e-ticketing is easy to use, fully integrated into the listing system and one of the most affordable options around both for you and your customer.

Step 3: Add an image

Events with images get more clicks! The best images to use are high-resolution images that fit into our standard horizontal 650 pixels by 280 pixels ratio. We even provide an intuitive cropping tool in the listing process, so you can simply use part of a larger image you’re already using for promotion.

Step 4: Submit!

Check over your event details and submit for approval – our editors will review your event and publish it to the Eventfinda network within one business day.

That’s it! Now your event information can be viewed, searched, linked and shared by thousands of Australians every day.
