After an amazing year riding the wave of his unstoppable single 'Somebody That I Used To Know' (featuring Kimbra), Gotye has announced he will make his triumphant return to Australia in December, playing four massive shows in Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.
Gotye's Australian Tour will follow a series of shows at iconic venues across the US, UK and Europe - capping off a remarkable year which saw his single top the charts in 31 countries, including eight consecutive weeks at #1 in the US. His efforts were recognised by APRA last month, when he was named Australian Songwriter of the Year.
Tickets for the shows go on sale to Gotye's Facebook fans at 2pm on June 22, and to the rest of the public on the 27th (9am).
