The third announcement for the annual Falls Festival has just been announced with The Hives, Angus Stone and Matt Corby all set to bring in the New Year at Lorne and Marion Bay.

The twelve acts will join Hilltop Hoods, Hot Chip and Maximo Park who were included in the second announcement and Coolio, The Flaming Lips and Best Coast who topped the first announcement.

The ballot for tickets closed last Thursday with sales commencing at 9am Wednesday. Any remaining tickets will be sold through general sales on August 16 at www.fallsfestival.com.
With over 80 acts promised for this year’s edition and over 50 still to be announced, Falls are still chipping away at the tip of a very impressive iceberg.
Falls Festival takes place from December 28 – January 1 in Lorne, Victoria (18+ event) and December 29 – January 1 at Marion Bay, Tasmania (all ages).
