Iggy And The Stooges headline Australian shows

Heavyweight champion of rock and roll Iggy Pop returns with the Stooges to Australia in March 2013 for a national tour of legendary rock music.

Iggy And The Stooges, inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2010, will be performing headline shows in Adelaide on March 25th, Melbourne on March 27th and Sydney on April 4th, as well as appearing at the Byron Bay Bluesfest on March 30.

Originally formed in Michigan in 1967, Iggy And the Stooges are bringing back classics like 'I Wanna Be Your Dog', 'No Fun', 'Shake Appeal', '1970', 'Beyond the Law' and 'Search and Destroy'.

Infamous for his wild on (and off) stage antics, Iggy Pop leads guitarist James Williamson, drummer Toby Dammit, bassist Mike Watt and sax player Steve Mackay on their national Australian tour joined by special guests Beasts Of Bourbon.

Tickets on sale Wednesday 7th November – don’t miss out as these guys aren’t likely to come back to Australia anytime soon.
