Restaurants across Canberra will begin opening their doors tomorrow to launch the annual Taste It festival, a celebration of regional food, wine and hospitality.
The festival takes place during October and November, with multi-course dinners, degustations, tasting platters and wine, beer and cocktail samplings to celebrate a range of cuisines.
Try a tipple at a wine symposium, take in some tapas and cocktails while the DJ spins vinyl, let wine afficionados Brown Brothers take you through a five course meal suggesting which white, red, rose or sparkling is the best fit, or get into the Oktoberfest spirit with Canberra's celebrations at Epic Park.
