The Falls Festival has released its 2012/2013 playing times, so revellers can begin to map out their three days of music, arts and general partying in the lead-up to New Year’s Eve.
Counting down to 2013 in Marion Bay will be psych-pop legends The Flaming Lips, whose live shows are famous for incorporating explosions of colour, bubbles, balloons and confetti even when it’s not NYE. Meanwhile, Irish indie party-rockers Two Door Cinema Club will be a shiny beacon of good times as they ring in the new year in Lorne.
Assisting festival-goers with navigating the lineup of more than 100 artists over four days, Falls has also made iPhone and Android mobile phone apps available for download on its website.
