Get your eyes ready to see the bright horizon one more time as Bring Me The Horizon embarks on their eagerly awaited tour Down Under. The band will be conquering Perth, before they head down to Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide. Melbourne will see two consecutive final shows for the tour.
Their fifth and most diverse album, That's The Spirit, made them one of the hottest acts in rock music, with their arena shows selling like hotcakes. The album met rave reviews and commercial success and have been praised by esteemed publications like Kerrang, Rock Sound and Alternative Press. That's The Spirit landed at #2 on the UK and US Album charts, snatching the top spot in Australia where it has also been certified gold.
Bring Me The Horizon have easily captured the hearts of their Australian fans. Since 2006, they have made the country a permanent stop in their worldwide touring plot, last appearing via a sold out 2013 headline tour off the back of their hit album, Sempiternal. That’s The Spirit received several accolades, being the band's third consecutive #1 album in the ARIA Charts and the top choice of Blunt Magazine readers for 2015. Five months on from the release, the record still occupies a spot in the ARIA Top 50 albums.
The band, originally scheduled to appear as one of the headliner acts on Soundwave 2016, has promised its fans a return trip, after the festival has been cancelled. Now, this announcement ends the long wait and is expected to be a surefire hit amongst fans.
