In-demand headlining US comedian April Macie is making her Australian debut this September, bringing her brand of dirty yet woman-empowering comedy to Melbourne and Sydney.
April Macie translates the stories and experiences she collects from travelling the world into side-splittingly funny, relatable tales to perform in front of audiences. And she has a wealth of hilarious life experiences to choose from, culling from her various jobs (from telemarketer to clown’s assistant to Hooters waitress)… to the ex she discovered was renting out their shared home for p**rn shoots.

April has performed her irreverent, dirty humour across 23 countries (at last count!) - 9 of those entertaining the troops, was a finalist on NBC’s Last Comic Standing when she was just starting out in comedy, and snatched up a spot on the coveted annual “emerging talent to watch” list by the Hollywood Reporter at Montreal’s Just for Laughs Comedy Festival.
April is a regular guest on the Howard Stern Show, who voted her the ‘Funniest and Hottest’ comedian in America as well as on the Bob and Tom Radio Show. She hosted the 30th annual AVN (Adult Movie) Awards in (where else?) Vegas, and Snoop Dogg hand-picked her for his Snoop Dogg’s: Bad Girls of Comedy special.
