The Living End Play Intimate Performances In March Next Year

Not even done basking in the glory of their success this 2016, Australian rock icons The Living End are already set to roll on into 2017 with a massive regional tour kicking off in March.

The 'Staring Down The Highway Tour' will see the band play intimate performances and perform in medium-sized venues and clubs in Cairns, Wollongong, Canberra, Newcastle, Bateau Bay, Laurieton, Coffs Harbour, Booval, the Gold Coast, Byron Bay, Townsville, Airlie Beach, Geelong, Traralgon, Melbourne and Hobart.

2016 was a year in which the kings of Australian rock reclaimed their throne after a five-year hiatus following their 2011 ARIA-Award winning album, The Ending Is Just The Beginning Repeating. It saw the band release the Top 5 ARIA chart album Shift in May; mount the sold out national Shift tour; grace the massive stage at the 2016 AFL Grand Final; headline festivals around the country and score nominations for Best Rock Album and Best Australian Live Act at this year's ARIA Awards.

Meanwhile, fresh from supporting punk heavyweights like NOFX and Rancid, Australia's premier Psychedelic Reggae Ska Doom Metal Punk Rock band From Hell and triple j faves The Bennies, will be supporting The Living End on their tour.
