Following the phenomenal success of the award-winning musical film 'La La Land' in cinemas worldwide, it's now time for a leveled up experience with La La Land In Concert. The tour will be heading to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre and Melbourne's Palais Theatre along with an 80-piece orhestra and jazz ensemble.
The Philharmonia Australia Orchestra will be performing the soundtrack from La La Land live, as the film screens in full at the same time.
Meanwhile, an 80-piece orchestra and band is set to play composer Justin Hurwitz’s Oscar®-winning score live—from the toe-tapping opener 'Another Day of Sun', to the delightful 'Planetarium' instrumental and the recurring and Academy Award®-winning 'City of Stars'.
Winner of six Academy Awards® including Best Original Score and Best Original Song, La La Land chronicles the story of how an aspiring actress named Mia (played Emma Stone), and a budding jazz musician named Sebastian (played by Ryan Gosling), chase their dreams in a city ironically known for crushing hopes and breaking hearts.
