Little May National Tour
Get yourselves ready as pioneering indie outfit, Little May, are set to embark on their biggest home soil tour to date. The tour kicks off this May, following their City & Colour national support slot.
The group will be enthralling audiences in Wollongong, Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra before heading out to Melbourne, Hobart, Adelaide, Perth, Sunshine Coast, and Brisbane. Gold Coast will see the final show for the tour.
With creative collaboration, an important part of Little May’s suit of armour, the band organised a unique art exhibition in October 2015, seeking the visual interpretaions of 11 of their favourite local artists. Such artists included Furry Little Peach, Serpent & Swan as well as local visual artist EARS, who Little May have continued to team up with on the stunning music video for ‘Remind Me’.
Now, Little May also launch their #artforthecompany tour poster competition, luring designers and visual artists to create their own poster artwork for the upcoming tour where they can have the chance to have their poster distributed nationwide, as well as a prize pack fit for any aspiring creative. Full details available at Little May website.
The past two years saw Little May go like whirlwind, selling out shows across Europe, the US and Australia. They also notched airplay across BBC Radio 1, Radio 2, KCRW and triple j, culminating in their acclaimed debut album, recorded in a converted nineteenth century church in Hudson New York. They also have over 20 million Spotify streams and topped the hype machine charts. They have most recently delighted with their spin of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ ‘Skeletons’ for Tavi Gevinson’s Rookie Magazine.
Engaging, stirring and stunning live shows are the qualities that endear Little May among their supporters. Their unique performances at Splendour In The Grass, Bonnaroo, Gentlemen of The Road, The Great Escape and CMJ rendered them deserving for a spot in the ’11 Breakout Acts of CMJ’ list. They have also supported the likes of Cloud Control, Angus and Julia Stone, Cold War Kids and Rodriguez.

"It’s quite a rare thing for an entire audience to be absolutely captivated during a performance, so much so that not a word is spoken, even from the drunks in the back." - Gig Soup, UK
Little May will be joined in support by E^ST.
