On Wednesdays, Manly's Artichoke offer what could only be described as a self-indulgent evening. Imagine after a hard day's work, strolling into the soothing ambience where you are greeted by the opportunity to 'have a go' at drawing in their casual Life Drawing Class in the warmth of the upstairs Studio/Gallery space, and for $15 dollars for two hours (6.30-8.30pm) you can hardly go wrong, especially when they supply the charcoal and butcher's paper.

If that's not enough, at 7.30pm their ever popular live music kicks in to complete your evening so bring a friend with you and enjoy a 'Fabulous Midweek Ultimate Experience' accompanied by fine art, fine food and fine music.

Artichoke also offer an assortment of games and a compelling library of books with a focus on fine arts. Exhibitions Artichoke provides a venue for artists wishing to submit a portfolio for consideration.

Functions Artichoke is an affordable venue to host your next special occasion – corporate events, private parties, bucks nights or hens nights. Its discreet location ensures privacy in the heartland of Manly's CBD. Artichoke can cater for 30-50 people seated and a 3 course meal, or up to 100 people for that dance party extravaganza with finger food. With a range of bands to select from, you can request anything from elegant music to 'down and out funky.'
