The Museum contains one of the greatest collections of military and civil aircraft, engines and artefacts. Highlights include the DAP Beaufighter, one of only two complete versions in the world, the oldest surviving locally made CAC Wirraway, the oldest surviving Beaufort Bomber in the world and the Desoutter, one of just three left worldwide. Commercial aircraft include the DC-2, DC-3, Heron, Viscount and Freighter. A shop selling model kits, toys, books and DVD's is also on the premises.
