Bar Oussou

Bar Oussou is a place that you can experience a range of international, Australian and local Brunswick beer.

Nested in the Sydney Road strip, Bar Oussou is the first eating-house for French Senegalese food. Aromatic dishes are prepared on weekends with a daily menu during the week. It is home to some of the finest musicians in Melbourne and has live music everyday of the week (except Mondays during the winter months)

Happy Hour has $5 pints and $10 Jugs of quality beer, $7 for wine and sparkling. We also have freshly hand made pizzas for $5, vegetarian and beef tacos for $7 and burgers for $10 to name a few

There are monthly artistic programs including the Soiree which is a gathering of musicians, Music Mania non-stop live music for 8 hours, World Music, Glitch Nights, Dance and Media Nights, Poetry and Opera.

Bar Oussou is a relaxing, intimate space with room after room leading you to an open bar in the courtyard.

Available for hire for any type of function, be it a Christmas party, birthday or engagement. Hire the whole venue or just the front bar or courtyard and a function menu of finger food or Buffet is available upon request.
