SHEBANG! is an inspiring safe space for all types of body movement- dance, yoga, workshops and seminars.

SHEBANG nurtures diverse facilitators who love to heal us, help get us fit and enrich our community! 

Our sprung dance floor is surrounded by 2 walls of mirrors and lit with natural diffused sunlight or painted with coloured light and sparkles from the huge disco ball.
SHEBANG! is spacious enough to host a showcase with 80+ audience and/or rehearse your next show.
