BlackBird Bar and Grill is located in Brisbane city’s Riverside Centre in Eagle Street. Owned by the Ghanem Group, it’s the very sexy big sister to the groups other properties – Byblos Brisbane, & Byblos Melbourne.
BlackBird includes an opulent restaurant, two private dining rooms and two stunning bars. It has stunning views of the Brisbane river and Story Bridge and is perfect for private functions.
Executive Chef Jake Nicolson leads the kitchen team and has designed a menu that is contemporary and extraordinarily well priced. Beef from the Inferno wood fired grill and fresh seafood feature prominently.
Bar Manager Mark Pinel has had a lot of fun devising the cocktail menus for the two stunning bars. Inspired by The Great Gatsby styled opulence of the “Roaring Twenties”, and the Speak Easy’s of prohibition, you’ll choose from an impressive cocktail list, almost 100 scotches and whiskeys.
