In November 2011, The GPT Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund announced its investment of a further $200 million in the much anticipated extension of Wollongong Central located on Keira Street and Crown Lane in the Wollongong CBD. This development will deliver a unique CBD retail experience including the arrival of the first Coles supermarket to Wollongong’s CBD.
