L1 Studios

L1 Studios is a boutique inner-city Photography Studio and Event Venue with three unique spaces. These urban studios are filled with natural daylight and our private rooftop area is a fantastic location for your shoot or event. We are conveniently located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD and only footsteps away from the best cafes, restaurants and bars.

Studio 1
110sqm (8x15m) space featuring:
White walls – both clean and textured
Rustic floorboards

Studio 2
84 sqm (8x12m) space featuring:
Light grey cement floors
White walls
Feature windows – great natural light
3m(W) x 4m(D) x 4m(H) retractable cyc.

Both studios have clean white walls, hair/makeup stations on wheels, 2x1m tables on wheels, natural light or black out options and a communal kitchenette. We also provide a wide selection of lighting and background options available for hire.

L1 Studios is a versatile creative space for any budget. Ideal for commercial and editorial photography, these spaces can also be utilised as art galleries, showrooms, private functions, or bespoke event locations and don’t forget our fabulous rooftop area.
