Momofuku Seiōbo

Momofuku Seiōbo is Momofuku’s first restaurant outside of New York City.

Seiōbo is the Japanese goddess of the west and her sign is the peach tree.

Momofuku Seiōbo has three hats from the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide.

Reservations for the main dining area can only be made in advance through an online system. A 5-seat bar serves a limited bar menu. Bar seating is first come, first serve.

In the main dining area, the tasting menu changes constantly. The menu is inspired by the bounty of Australian ingredients and Sydney’s diverse food culture.

For dinner Monday – Saturday and lunch on Saturday, a tasting menu in the restaurant's 30-40 seat dining area (reservations only) is available. The menu is currently AUD$185. Please allow at least 2 hours for your meal.

From 6:30pm–10pm Monday-Saturday, and 12pm—2pm Saturday, a limited bar menu is offered at the 5-seat bar (walk-ins only).

Menus are based on the restaurant's growing relationships with Australian purveyors, farmers and local artisans.
