Maroondah City Council's new library, cultural, knowledge and innovation centre opened on Thursday 29 October 2015.
The state-of-the-art facility will lead the educational, creative and prosperous development of Maroondah and Melbourne's East region.
The centre is located on Maroondah Highway as the centrepiece of the new Ringwood town square precinct and will interact with open air gathering spaces, cafés and retail shops.
