Shambhala Centre is a holistic education and wellbeing centre focused on supporting individuals as well as the entire family, assisting them through life’s transitions in order to live to their highest potential.
Our aim is to provide the opportunity of disciplining the mind and body, whilst activating the heart, so spirit can do its work.
‘Shambhala’ is a Tibetan sanskrit word that means a place of peace, tranquility and happiness and is also referred to as, “The rainbow bridge between worlds”.
