Southern Edge Arts

For the last 29 years, SEA has been a champion of creativity and quality arts practice in young people, building community and encouraging diversity. SEA has grown to become Western Australia’s largest regional youth performance organisation and has developed a unique approach to skills development and performance making that encourages participation and validates the contribution of young people working with professional artists. We offer a large workshop program that includes a variety of performing arts and each year develop a number of performance projects that bring members and professional artists together to make quality productions drawing on the skills and interests of both. We value celebration and imagination in young people, social and emotional health and wellbeing in their communities and excellence and creativity in all their forms.
