5 Day Junior Creative Music and Video Holiday Camp. Facilitated by The EMU Tree, Education and Music in Unison.

Open to students 8 -12 years; participants will develop their music skills in a fun and interactive environment exploring instruments and their sounds, learning the process of song composition and the recording process, scripting and creating music videos, and showcase their produced work at a finale concert.

All participants will receive a DVD of all works produced during the camp and a certificate of participation.

The showcase concert will be performed on the final day commencing at 2pm.

The EMU Tree workshops are great fun experience for students to develop self confidence and expression, sense of achievement and ownership, interpersonal skills, collaboration and skill sharing, songwriting and recording skills, performance skills, musicality, creative melody, and are non exclusive.

The camp is facilitated by Barossa-born Christian Teusner who has been delivering workshops in Europe for the past ten years as co-director and tutor of the highly successful and regarded music educator provider Songschool.

All equipment is supplied, students are required to bring a notebook and pen and if desired preferred instrument they play. The ability to play an instrument is not a pre requisite.

Numbers are strictly limited.

Student fee $190 payable to the Barossa Arts and Convention Centre.

Music is a creative art form which is a great way to learn new skills whilst having fun in the process.
